To evaluate whether and how Loopette should proceed. Kept for 24 months.
To contact you about Loopette research when you ask us to. Kept for 24 months or until you withdraw consent.
To assess and contact potential pilot participants. Kept for 24 months, unless you become a customer and another applicable retention requirement supersedes this.
To understand page use and conversion steps after you allow analytics. Kept for 13 months.
Adults may provide a child’s approximate age and clothing size. We do not ask for the child’s name.
Our basis for using the information
We rely on your consent for the research survey, optional research contact, Founding Family registration and optional site analytics. We rely on our legitimate interests to keep the website secure and understand technical faults. You may withdraw consent by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect use that was lawful before withdrawal.
Hosting and sharing
IONOS hosts the website and database for Loopette. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising profiles. We do not make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects. Survey price scenarios are assigned only for research.
Analytics and browser storage
Loopette does not use advertising trackers. If you allow analytics, we record limited interaction events such as page views, scroll depth, price exposure and form milestones. The site stores only your analytics preference in your browser, for up to six months. Choosing “No thanks” does not affect the site or either form.
The hosting service also creates limited technical logs needed to operate and secure the website.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to provide, correct or delete your information, restrict its use, or withdraw consent. Contact hello@loopette.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
