Includes the Loopette wardrobe, initial delivery, return, final cleaning, ordinary repair, normal wear and a reasonable size-up solution when genuinely needed.

The monthly figure is the equivalent. Loopette is not cancellable month to month; any future instalments would be provided by a third party.

What families should know.

Where a policy still depends on pilot evidence, we say so.

Is Loopette rental?

Loopette is long-term managed wardrobe access. Loopette owns the garments, but this is not high-frequency fashion rental: your child keeps the wardrobe until it is genuinely outgrown, or until the annual term ends.

Are the clothes second-hand?

A Loopette wardrobe may include newly acquired and previously worn garments. Every garment is checked, appropriately cleaned and prepared before it goes to another family. It should feel cared for and premium—not necessarily unworn.

What happens if my child damages something?

Normal childhood wear is included. During the pilot, Loopette intends to handle significant accidental damage generously while it learns the real pattern and cost. Exceptional or deliberate damage may be charged under transparent published terms; the final policy must be approved before paid launch.

What counts as normal wear?

Examples include minor scuffing, treatable stains, normal fading, a loose seam or button, light abrasion and ordinary use-related wear. Children should be able to wear the clothes normally.

How does sizing work?

You provide the child’s age, usual size and fit information. Loopette then sizes by garment and brand rather than assuming every age label fits identically. The detailed fitting workflow is being validated for the pilot.

What if my child grows unexpectedly?

Contact Loopette. The intended approach is to replace only the garments genuinely outgrown, or the full Loopette wardrobe when most of it no longer fits. Final exchange rules will be based on pilot evidence.

Do I wash the clothes?

Yes, where the care label allows normal home washing. Specialist garments will come with specific guidance. You will not need to arrange professional cleaning before return.

How are garments cleaned between families?

Loopette controls final cleaning and quality assurance. The route depends on the garment and may include normal laundering, wool care, spot treatment, specialist cleaning, steaming or re-waxing.

Can I choose individual items?

The launch product is one coordinated selection of high-value wardrobe staples, not a full wardrobe or an item-by-item shop. Fit will matter, but the exact substitution policy is still to be finalised before the paid pilot.

Can I keep an item?

Not as a guaranteed launch feature. Loopette will test whether families want a fair-value buyout for a favourite garment before deciding whether to offer it.

How does payment work?

Loopette is a £699 annual service—the equivalent of £58.25 a month. It is not a cancellable monthly subscription. If instalments are offered later, they will be provided by an appropriate third party while the Loopette service remains annual.

Where is Loopette available?

Loopette is being prepared for the UK only. The first pilot will be deliberately limited, and final UK geographic eligibility will be confirmed before applications become purchases.
