Routine, authorised and specialist repairs are judged against quality, remaining life and the cost of replacement.

Every returned piece is graded and quality controlled. Visibly tired garments do not pass simply because they are pre-worn.

Loopette’s pilot damage philosophy is intentionally generous. Ordinary wear is absorbed. Significant accidental damage will be studied before complicated charges are introduced.
Exceptional or deliberate damage may be charged only under transparent, proportionate published terms. That final policy is still a pre-launch decision.
